ആത്മകഥാപരമായ പുസ്തകത്തിൽ പറയുന്ന ജോസഫ് എന്ന വ്യക്തിയും മാതൃഭൂമി നടത്തുന്ന പുസ്തകോത്സവത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുത്തിട്ടുണ്ടെന്ന് തോന്നുന്നു. അങ്ങനെയൊരു വീഡിയോ കാണുകയുണ്ടായി. വർഷം മാറിപ്പോയോ എന്ന് സംശയമുണ്ട്. എന്തായാലും വാദിയും പ്രതിയും ഒരേ വേദിയിൽ അടുത്തടുത്ത ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുകയും ഇപ്പോഴും പ്രതിസ്ഥാനത് നിൽക്കുന്ന ആളുടെ പേര് പറയാതിരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ മനസ്സിലാകുന്നത്, പ്രസാധകർക്കു വേണ്ടി നടത്തുന്ന ഒരു പ്രചരണം മാത്രമാണിത്തെന്നാണ്.

I don’t know how many people in Kerala have listened to this discussion! It’s an eye opening discussion. But there should be more discussions about these subjects in Malayalam in Kerala. I have been thinking about a lot of points you discussed in here for a long time! One of them about wasting of water by many Keralites. Our house in Kerala is in Thrissur district, nearby Kurumali river and our people are wasting a lot of water even in summer. They just open the water from river to the yards and filled it up, because they have a label “farmers “ and they don’t need to pay for water or electricity. The problem is that they are not aware that they are wasting water and that is the main reason they have termites in their “concrete” houses! And also they take all the grasses out of their yards and put the concrete blocks. Then they complain about the hot air!! Unfortunately I was also part of them. I got a horse sense of a lot of things after moving to another country! #aratikumarrao #prempanikkar
