From the discoverer's point of view. Hyrdroscopic particle energy is uranium or plutonium within a frozen water sphere. Hydroscopic Particle energy is created by the photons from a black hole, and during outer solace. Hydroscope Particle energy is the same build, but using the Sun's gravitational wave.
