10CC were such show offs - letting you know they could do it all. GG's touring 10CC still sound great as of October 2024 in Edinburgh. Andy Park is a brilliant addition. What a voice!

Not underrated by me. I reckon that they were the best of the 1970s. They made the best most interesting sounds with layers ofmelody and sheer catchy/sticky tunes that made you want to hear them again and again.

Graham has been a prolific song writer. Probably has more songs made famous by other artists than his own band 10CC.

Overrated. They always tried too hard to be arty farty and a lot of useless breaks and non sensical key changes just to be different. I could never pin them down regarding were they pop, early new wave, progressive, laid back cocktail music. A poor man's Pink Floyd. A lot of their music like this one has long meaningless intros. Not In Love went on for 9 minutes simply because the middle of that song went on and on and you just get bored with it. Iconic musician and held in the highest regard for many but not for me. This song is a cluttered mess. And also goes on and on in the middle going nowhere. Jesus 8 minutes long. Boring crap.

Second 10cc song I every heard!! - as a video on Don Kirshner's Rock Concert TV show 1975 - after digging I'm Not In Love radio hit. Picked up How Dare You a few months later with my meger lawn mowing money. Played it and played it and played it. It can't really be nearly 50 years ago. Can it?
@peteshallcross7874 ай бұрын
Yep! Going to see them for the first time ever this Friday in Milwaukee. Glad you survived the lawn mowing! I'm still doing it at 67!

.....this is not 10cc.......it's just the bass player.....where's Godley, Creme and Stewart?
@paulleedham48455 ай бұрын
Godley and Creme left in 1976. Dreadlock Holiday did not involve them. Eric Stewart seriously and permanently injured in a car accident in 1979. Paul Burgess on drums here played extra drums and percussion with 10cc from the early 70s, and the guitarist was involved in the 70s too. Besides, I always thought Graham Gouldman was the brains behind 10cc, along with Eric.
