Hi Talor....another UT'er had Galeo headspace issues that split his brass cases. I'm looking 2 buy Galeo priced $1200 but on hold bc of "headspace" that issue. Don't know year his Galeo was made. Appreciate your advisement.... good day sammy

I don't know what the Spooks used it for? , but my UpLuLa Speed Loader would certainly fit in there nicely PSA QC. I been using PSA and H&R products awhile , over 70 builds to date. I've had one H&R Stripped Lower shipped without the Pivot Spring and Detent well being drilled out.. I was able to fix that. I also had an Upper Assembled without any Lube on the Barrel Nut .

Original 633 didn’t have a threaded barrel. I will say that H&R did a good job on the two-piece handguard with the heat shield, as well as the front sight. The upper, aside from the bolt and threading, is very close to the original. I do want a closer look at the ejection port door - the original was a cut full-size, but I’d be surprised if PSA/H&R didn’t use a smaller door.

Lot of good info on the DOE, can see why that dept would appreciate it, very manageable looking gun in tight areas,as long as reliability held up.

Definitely get a Hippo pad for the PLCE. Much more comfortable. Also we did have a CQC chest rig used by 42 commando mainly, there was a northern island chest rig as well as far as i remember. I know Arktis make a very good one also.

Yeah, got the bug and bought an AR. Then a combat belt, carrier rig with level 4 plates, yada yada. Pistols, ammo, holsters… but I don’t have a chest rig. Thanks a lot man…. lol

Great uppers. I used a #2 buffer on both builds. 12” barreled pistol on PSA lower and 16” rifle. Built like a truck. Only down side is the old style foregrip needs more options. Best feature is clean running. Shoot all day, run a bore snake thru it and put it away.

Love my 2022 SAR Galeo version. Runs flawless with no mods. All my 6 surplus mags run reliable.

Late to the ATI Galeo/Galil party. Just picked one up from my local gun shop....13" SAR Version. Dated mfg. is 02-02-2022. It runs absolutely flawlessly. All my surplus mags work well. Haven't changed a thing on it. Might put a Hillbilly railed gas tube and a JMAC Muzzle device on it later. Thank you for your in depth analysis of this rifle. 💚🙏👏🙌
