I had this burned on a mix CD years ago (remember CDs, everyone?):.. And I recently found it and popped it in the car to see what was all on it and totally forgot about this remix, and how much I jammed it. It's like the only MUSE remix (and there's plenty of them out there) that I actually love and included in DJ sets / mixtapes. 2:50 and 3:23 are my favorite parts, I love these breaks! Only gripe is, what's up with the artwork? Hysteria is from like 2 albums ago... Irrelevant, Chuck Rassel did a great job. The drums hit hard and force people to dance and the choppy bass keeps their bootys swinging and once they realize they know the song they start screaming the lyrics on the dance floor. Hearing multiple dozen people scream I Want It Noooooooow!! always puts a smile on my face. The only thing I'd change about the track is the over use of the Oooohh's... but it's easily overlooked and not a big deal at all.

Y’all are kidding right? Ask someone of the newer generation if they’ve ever unironically owned a CD, or any sort of physical music (cassettes, records) and you’ll be met with a look of disgust. There’s a handful of them that do - however they’re few and far in between, and a majority of that group only have ther collectors editions… IE when Oliver Tree did his cowboy album I knew a bunch of kids on discord who order the limited edition baby blue cassette, with no way of actually playing it, just ordered it for their OT collection. What’s the point, when everything is streaming, is the typical response when I ask. I’m a bit on the older side, and grew up with cassettes, VHS, and eventually, CDs. I know what it’s like to make a legit mixtape on a blank cassette, it’s much more involved than making a KZbin / Spotify / iTunes / etc playlist… and while I stopped buying CDs years ago (only physical music I buy these days is vinyl) I still have my CD collection, hell, I still have my old cassettes too. I have all the MUSE CDs up to 2nd Law, and most of the albums on vinyl, too. Yeah, went off on a tangent there, point being… there’s plenty of young people in their early 20s or late teens who’ve never owned or used their own CDs, let alone cassettes, and records. Like every community, there are those that break the stereotype, but the numbers are typically small. And I’m not saying there’s anything wrong with that… there isn’t. I’m just saying, is all…

Schätz dich glücklich, dass du in Berlin wohnst, hat leider mit dem Rest von Deutschland nicht viel zu tun! Die Szene ist da eher selten vertreten und man muss schon in die großen Städte fahren, um da Minimal/Tech-house/Techno etc. zu hören! Dass ich nicht gezwungen werde ist mir schon klar, so sehe ich das aber gar nicht. Ich habe auch nichts gegen andere Geschmäcker, ich habe nur etwas gegen Alternativ- und Entscheidungslosigkeit sowie maßloser Übertreibung vom bevorzugtem Mainstream! Grüüße;)

Nönö. Minimal ist schon mein Geschmack, aber als das vor n paar Jahren in JEDEM Club JEDEN Abend in Berlin rauf und runter lief und 90% nicht zu minimal tanzen können, da gings mir schon aufn Sack. Ja, klar ist Mainstream Kommerz, aber du bist ja nicht gezwungen ihn zu hören, du hast ja die Kontrolle über deinen Geschmack. Und wer weiß, wenn Minimal Mainstream wäre, dann würde im Berghain vllt. Taio Cruz laufen ;) Grüße

Eigentlich hast du Recht, aber leider bleibt einem manchmal nicht viel übrig, wenn man fast 100km reisen muss, nur um seinen Musikgeschmack draußen feiern zu dürfen- Mainstream ist Kommerz und das wird immer so bleiben, genau das meine ich mit ersticken. Aber auf Minimal fährst du ja nicht so ab, also haben wir sowieso nicht den gleichen Geschmack, somit lohnt es sich ja auch nicht zu diskutieren. Trotzdem viele Grüße

Minimal in jedem Club? Da wäre ich ja froh drüber! Abgesehen davon ist KT ja wohl KEIN reinrassiger Minimal! Geschmäcker sind verschieden, unser Geschmack wird aber eindeutig vom Mainstream erstickt!
