The temp on mine won’t stay what ever I set it to I tried to do 225 and It kept going all the way up past 300 then it would drop sometimes as low as 200 and it kept doing that is there any way to fix it

I worked here for a few years as a supervisor. I hate this place tbh. I’ve never experienced such a hostile environment. The way they treat their employees is horrible here, so many people are quitting left and right. The tribe that runs it just wants ur money… They have so many events with so little staff. Most bosses here sabotage employees, talk shit/gossip, go on power trips, and are super entitled as if everyone else are peasants. One of the directors slept with a worker here knowing she was married in his office. I’ve witnessed employees cry and get harassed here like crazy. Some of us report to hr and hr does literally nothing. A male chef here put his hands on a female sous chefs neck. So much cheating happens here amongst couples and coworkers. People bang in the freezer rooms. Only good thing is that they have nice benefits, that’s it. I recommend not coming here
