Christianity, Islam, Judaism, every single one of them is a 'belief' so if someone 'believes' in either one of them then they are, in fact, part of the group that 'believes' in that entity. So yes, it's nothing other than that belief, and people that 'believe' themselves to be part of that group are, in fact, part of the group of people that 'believe' in that God.

True Christianity,as described by the Bible, has fruits, meaning a person exhibits certain characteristics.
