This is the true national anthem. Musical genius. It embodies the spirit of our nation with no words. I feel the true history whereas Flower of Scotland tries to tell you the true history. It’s great with a full stadium behind it singing but you would never put it on it your front room to enjoy.

Bonsoir . J'ai toujours du plaisir à écouter de la musique celtique et écossaise. Je regarde tous les ans a la télé le Festival interceltique de Lorient. Et ca ma donné l'idée pour aller voir mes amis de Toulon de l'habiller en écossais. Personne ne savais rien de mon entourage et de mes amis. Donc suis allé à l'aéroport de Rennes en avertissant le taxi que j'étais en kilt. Arrivé à l'aéroport de Marseille, j'arrive dans la salle d'acueuil. J'avais mis une musique écossaise sur on portable. Je ne vous dis pas l'effet garantie. Et cela reste un super souvenir entre nous. Voilà une belle histoire. J'ai envoyé des photos à mes enfants qui se sont marrés de voir leur père ainsi. Voilà . Une belle histoire qui restera. Ph. de Roquefeuil
