I know I’m using the correct feed wheel and needle lengths, but my yarn keeps getting caught spun around the feed wheel. Would love any suggestions :)

Really hoping I could get a hand with this, can’t seem to find the right fitment for the air compressor to attach to the gun. Not sure if it should’ve come with a tube to attach the bottom part of the gun to the compressor but I’d love to know where I might find one

Hi! If you bought your ZQ-III from à unauthorized dealer you are probably missing some tubing and fittings that are different here in North America. I suggest you contact your supplier for them to send you the missing parts. If they don’t respond, send me a private message and I’ll see what I can do. 🙂✌🏻

Thanks for the video. We have the same ZQ-III tufting gun and fed the yarn as you explained. It cuts the yarn as in the video and doesn't tuft on the fabric. I wanna know it doesn't work without compressor or there's another reason? I guess it should work without compressor and just the ties will be looser. I would be so thankful if you guide me.

Hello and thank you for your question! Unfortunately, yes, you do need a compressor. It's the air that pushes the yarn through the yarn tunnel. If the yarn isn't blown forward, the blade won't cut it.

@@tuftingnation1083 Thank you for your soon reply. The yarn goes forward and the blade cut it, But there's no tie on the fabric (no tufting made). However if the process depends on the compressor my question is answered, thanks a lot.

In addition, I would be so thankful if you let me know the specification(air supply) of the correct air compressor. I reached 7 bar @ 200 L/min, but isn't it so strong for our work?

@@sabas4527 You need approximately 6 bar or 90 psi if you prefer

Hello We have 2 of this machine and unfortunately they are not working properly. The problem is that the thread comes out of the machine or wraps around the machine. We also tested the air pressure on 6 and 8, but it didn't work. The machine has not been used and I don't know what the problem is?

Hi Naser! Did you bought your ZQ-III tufting guns from us? It doesn't seems so... If not, contacting your supplier would be the best thing to do. There's a few different version of the ZQ-III tufting guns out there and they all have different settings. I'm pretty sure it's not a big thing though.
