Love this. Thanks for updating us on the entrepreneurship journey, Brian. My wife and I are adding a second property this fall - taking our first steps into real estate investment. Far far behind you of course but I've always been a big RE fan and see it as a great path to early retirement. Have you thought about starting a separate channel for your Code Breaker publishing wing? You mentioned the KZbin algorithm here and I totally agree - I feel like if you had separate channels for 1) your FIRE lifestyle and 2) your education interests (publishing, speaking, consulting), each channel would likely perform better. Just a thought and I know it won't be a new one for you - I'm sure you've considered it many times. Curious to hear your thoughts on that. - Tim

see sometimes you have to step away. I had a lot happen in my life as well lost a partner at 35 years old decided to return to school got trained to be a professional photographer i have my degree in photography i was happy to start my own business. until the state i lived in decided to change business ownership rules. this means that you cannot own or operate a business without a 4 year degree most photography degrees are 2 1/2 years not 4 so that terminated my business and many more businesses in the area sad i decided that i was going to try some odd jobs at the time tried a laundry facility which thank god is no longer in business due to a racist assistant manager tried amazon will never work for them again there is a reason they get sued for labor violations. no joke there.. i decided that money doesnt make me happy and money would never bring my partner back to life so i turned to a simple life and im glad i did it helped me so much to destress and get out. if you are looking for a way to make some extra cash for your project have you thought about tutoring kids you wouldnt need a fancy office to do that and you could work the hours you want and tutor when you want and who you want. keep looking up you got this...

nice except look at your building code in your area stairs must be a certain measurement and must have railings occording to some states building codes make sure you look that up so you dont get a bull crap stop work order from the county or state

08/06/2024 = sober day 122 for me. Your inspiration has really helped me. I went through rehab in April and since I got out, have been attending group therapy 3 times per week. Reading Brene Brown's Braving the Wilderness and learning about being vulnerable and authentic. Connecting with my feelings and learning to process them. Trama hurts and at 44 years old, I'm finally working through it with out self-medicating with alcohol. It feels good to finally wake up and feel free. I have a long way to go but I'm looking forward to it. Thanks for your vulnerability, Brian. Nice to meet you.
