200 bags a day if you're set up right and have the real-estate. If you know me then you know what I say is true. If you don't know me then you don't know what 1200 bags a day is like either. Been there done that 56000 bags in three months. I've got the proof what do you have?

Yes! I was with OMNI FP in Cincy when they sprayed 3 nozzles off of 1 in 2 shifts....1200 a day. Sprayed a lot with them myself but there is a surge with GCP products.

Do the cm 40 mixes fireproofing produce
@GracoMortar5 жыл бұрын
Hi Marlon. Sorry for the delayed response. It will mix it, but it might not do a very good job because most cementitious fireproofing materials need a longer mix time. With this continuous mixer, the shaft isn't long enough and could prevent the material from getting the right amount of air, resulting in poor density.

Isn't it just like pouring epoxy on the floor.
@GracoMortar5 жыл бұрын
This was a self-leveling cement-based material. In this case we were creating a floor versus protecting or coating one.

Don't you use any plasticizers in the mortar and reduce your water?
@GracoMortar5 жыл бұрын
MySchizo Buddy Hi! This Mixing Pump is designed to mix dry mortar that only requires the addition of water. Any “plasticizers” would have to be within the dry material mix.
@Z-add5 жыл бұрын
So it can almost pay for itself with $18000. So this machine is upwards of $20000.
@GracoMortar5 жыл бұрын
We can send you pricing. Also, we go through distributors and they often discount from MSRP. Please email us at [email protected] and I will get you pricing. Thanks!

I have to pull all this to clean it every time? Or could I just run water thru it
@GracoMortar5 жыл бұрын
mmills007 Hi! Yes you have to take it apart after each use. Otherwise, you take the risk of damaging the piston seals with the next use. Once mastered, it only takes 10 minutes.

Hey guys, does someone has to float with the trowel after finish is sprayed on the wall or it looks consistent after being sprayed two times like you said? Ive tried spraying the finish before with the hopper ( without using a float) it looked horrible, inconsistent color , spots everywhere, thanks
@GracoMortar5 жыл бұрын
Two light coats will take care of inconsistencies. I apologize for not seeing this question. If you have any more questions, please call Danny at 505-382-0905.

Can you spray veneer plaster with this machine?
@GracoMortar5 жыл бұрын
You can, but you don't want the old batch to set off the new batch, so you want to use up all of the vaneer that's in the hopper before adding more. If you have any more questions, please call Danny at 505-382-0905.
