Laughing at the comment: "that's aerobics" - well, derrr, yes it's aerobic exercise but not stuck in the middle ages! Sheesh, some people are so DULL! Bokwa is fun, fun, fun! I absolutely, love it and feel like doing an instructor cert! Totally hooked!
