A function is strengthened by it's counterparts of the opposite focus and opposite axis. INTJ's Learn a lot like AI, they absorb large portions of information (TE) and weigh it out based on criterion (often subconsciously) to measure quality (introverted feeling), then if they're developed; they verify what they've learnt through Ti critic; Because if you're responsible with the information you gather then you have to be on some level critical and scrutinizing of the information given.

Thanks for the video. Not sure if the channel intends to grow INTJ or general audience. Specific for INTJs, real-life application of cognitive functions will certainly draw the attention. E.g. how Ni and Te are used to predict accurately stock prices (e.g. INTC) in next few months. Alternatively, when a prediction failed what factor(s) was left out of Te analysis. Just my 2 cents.

self discipline is only INTJ's strength if the set goal does not clash with the value of optimal performance. When INTJ notices that the initiatives poured in are becoming disproportionate with the results, the discipline of actions will slowly decline. ISTJ is a perfectionist while INTJ is an optimalist, so only ISTJ could maintain consistent and high level of self discipline in career or routines. This is the unfortunate (or fortunate) side of self reflection in toning the rhythm of actions. Hence, in general INTJs are among the top but not the best in most fields, as far as I know of (e.g. academia, career, etc).
@INTJPerceptionАй бұрын
Wow, you really nailed it! It's wild how different our approaches can be. INTJs are just trying to make the best of it while ISTJs are over there with their highlighters and spreadsheets. Thanks for chiming in!
@zhonezhone66822 ай бұрын
Thanks for the video clip. They are informative. (1) compared with a few young INTJs and found out that Ni could be harnessed effectively only if the breadth and depth of the field knowledge is sufficiently acquired. Teen INTJs in general are incapable of "predicting" future intuitively due to the lack of professional theories and real-life data. They are usually good at reading patterns already; (2) I concur with the point provided by an MBTI expert where INTJ's prediction may sometimes flaw due to insufficient data. E.g. projecting a curve or a line based on 3 data points is a mere wild guess; (3) When being compared with INTP and ENTP, I noticed that INTJ tends to get stuck at local optima in solutions, as we usually seek knowledge or information by objectives. There are times when irrelevant knowledge could contribute to form an optimal solution. I am still seeking for more ways to capitalise Ni predictions effectively. Any thought process, do's and don'ts or paradigms are welcome.

You are born with your personality type and it never changes nor can YOU make it change. Having powers of observation and critical thinking are necessary to solve problems and think of solutions - not magic and witchcraft although Science is still view that way by some cults that are insulted by being called such. A psychologist can administer a test that will tell you your personality type. Face to face, not online.

Not a bad video, but it is very strange the way that the announcer tries to pronounce "INTJ" as a word, rather than the normal way that people pronounce acronyms as a series of letters. It sounds like INJs are "integers" which is quire hilarious because ... Maths of course! Very logically driven 🙃 Here's an idea for a video. Female INTJs! But, not the same cookie cutter approach that most videos portray female INTJs. Female INTJs make up .8% of the population which makes us the rarest type of any MBTI type. I recommend "sound protocol" on KZbin as this creator has an extremely articulate and unique way of describing each MBTI types ( especially the Introvert types ) Look forward to your next video!

Those personality tests are not showing how your real personality look like. The result is depends on what answers you provide on certain list of questions. Since that, no test could include ALL personalities exist. So, do not reject advices that author shows in video just because your personality is kind of 'wrong' according to MBTI test.

That's an interesting point. What do you think are some of the most effective ways to accurately assess someone's personality?
@zhonezhone66822 ай бұрын
please elaborate on INTJ's Introverted Intuition. How does it work when you could predict the layoff figure (25% vs actual 26.x%) of a business segment based on the CEO's overall gross margin and saving targets, and a business segment's operating margin? How you could guess a carve off of a business segment in coming years based on a published statement about the business segment and the CEO's (another individual) actions after the ascension to the position? Does it come from the pairing of Ni-Se, and rationaled by Te?

The fact that you believe this and the fact that we don't care if you feel superior is the difference...you need to feel superior over others and we just need to be ourselves. We don't care if you feel "special", bless your little heart. It's kind of pathetic that you exist only to feel superior to others. Notice how I said..."you believe", "you feel"...that is the only thing that matters...you don't think, we INTJs do.
