If you were to stop and shoot you would give him the advantage since he is already ready and aimed in, by running to the wall you made him lose his advantage and gave it to yourself since he had to peak while you were ready.

if you go too close to the pylon (but still on the road) when approaching from the east you'll get shot by sniper scav. It's annoying as the boundary for triggering it is right where you'd normally run to get to this exit. Looks like the area needs shrinking back for sniper scav getting triggered, must still be using the old world border line

yes, I died there so many times. different spots. looking at warning side from the right side and than BAM, and I am done. like 5 times with 2 quests which needs extract done. FML
