Quaed al fursan unlimited has a fizzy note I don't enjoy Ajwad makes me physically neaseous for some reason🤷🏾‍♀️. Oud mood elixir civet scent is too strong for me Khaltaat Al Arabia and recently purchased December vanilla have a fermented fruit note I do not enjoy. Ajayeb dubai (white bottle)and fahkar are nice but I just dont gravitate to wear them. I wouldn't say any are repulsive but I dont get the same pleasant description others say they get from these scents. Which is fine. I understand everything doesn't wear the same on everyone. I have Ajayeb Dubai, too! I still cannot wear it! I tried it on yesterday and I couldn't stand it for an hour, but the dry down was the opposite. I liked the dry down. 🤯 It did a 180 on me. It has been macerating for four months. I may have to declutter it, if it does not smooth out some more.

Hi Adwoa,i do love honor and glory,at first the tumeric note was so strong and after macerating was ok,and the pineapple stayed as well as the creme brulee note.I am glad i didnt bought african drummer because of the coconut note and instead bought quaed al fursan unlimited that i was doubting to buy for so Long and i really liked it.Take care Adwoa🥰

I lover idea of creme brulee and pienapple but its too musky. I would enjoy this on guy And I feel the same about eba pura DNA. I think I am not fan of heavy musk.

I do love all iterations of the Erba Pura dna. Still hunting down Accento. I think the most tolerable for people who don't particularly like the dna will be Shaghaf Oud Ahmar and Jasmine Wisp from Rasasi.

Ahmed Al Maghribi has taken over my heart. I only mess with Lattafa niche and the real OGs, Ameer, Khamrah, Yara, Madj Al Sultan, Afkaar, Sublime, Amethyst, Oud for Glory, Oudain and the Pride line. Afnans and Ajmals are quite hard to come by in Ghana apart from the very popular ones. But Ahmed is ❤, a step into affordable niche/artistic styles. I smelled the African Drummer and I am actually interested 😂. This Brioche is like a stubborn child. It is not making itself very lovable, and I am now like a disappointed parent, lol. Afeef better not be presenting as disappointing. Opulent Red and Ameer are my secret weapons for layering extremely boring scents - a dash of them make the other fragrance more interesting. Honour and Glory is a case of maturation being a bad thing-the turmeric gets stronger, which is Not a good thing. Thank goodness I got the 50ml of Ragba from Jumia for under 4 dollars.

Al Jawhara is compared to Plum in Cognac by Scents of Wood on Parfumo, which makes complete sense to me. Some people smell the plum as cherry in that one, which may be where the perception of almond comes from (I get that too, slightly).

The notes of Cotton Abyed definitely sound so much more like Ariana Grande's Mod Vanilla, so I think it's supposed to be a dupe of that instead. I havent personally smelled Silk Santal, but people compare the two on Fragrantica, so it makes sense that you think the two are similar but not the same too 😊

Its not a dupe but its okay, nothing special. To me cotton abyed smells just like vanilla potion from tj max. Its just pretty I gave it to my daughter

The first time I smelled Cotton Abyed I was certain it was a Dupe for Wedding silk. But then when I did a side by side comparison I realized it is not. However, in my opinion it does give a very similar vibe and pair very well with eachother. When worn separately they both give me the same feeling. That said, while they both are very beautiful, if I had to choose a favorite it would go to Wedding silk.

Hi Adwoa! I have been anticipating your review for this!❤❤❤ I received Cotton Abyed about a week ago, and I am enjoying it, though strangely, I can't smell any coconut! It comes across more as fruity vanilla, which is disappointing, since I purchased it because I was interested in getting a coconut vanilla fragrance (at the time, I didn't know people were saying it was similar to Silk Santal). I am really hoping that the coconut comes through more as it macerates!

Looking sexyyyy Ms. Lady in Red! I’ve never smelled the Wedding SS by Kay Ali. But the Cotton Abyed is GORG! It may not be a %100 dupe but I don’t think everyone should always go with dupes.
