I am going to try again with a different optic and with a different magazine which I have ordered. However, It is without doubt the worst bb gun I own. It is dangerously inaccurate, even with an optic. It will go into full-auto mode when it's low on gas, making it illegal in the UK and again, dangerous. I will give it another but I am afraid it's a) a terrible relica and b) as useless gun. Display only.

There doesn't seem much protection for your neighbours in your garden from wayward shots, your target at the bottom of your garden is only about a foot below a pellet fired to high, any thoughts?.

I have a question about reassembling the `1377 ,when you slide the air valve back into the tube the trigger assembly screw isn't lined up right and when you line up the screw the exhaust valve is way out of whack,so I put the trigger on and had to use brute force to line up exhaust port so the transfer port can drop in ,is this normal ,got me scratching my head ,gun seems to work okay .

These are seventy quid now at Pellpax... tell you what though... I think they're worth it.... I'm gonna get one soon I think.... Never had a pump up one as a kid and feel like I missed out.... I've seen a guy in America using one of these to hunt squirrels!... I'm more into targets.... But from a survival viewpoint... They're a viable lightweight bit of kit..... really liked this video... I just removed the "cutting edge" part by grinding back until the "edge" was about 1mm flat and wouldn't cut cheese. It meant I kept the overall look and size, much better than butchering the entire blade. I have a large collection of movie knives and have done the same to anything that came close to matching the governments criteria by removing the cutting edge - if we are just collection for our own nostalgia then its not like you need that cutting edge is it? This law that has been brought in is making criminals out of innocent collectors yet I still see daily news articles of stabbings - the stupid bans have done nothing because they are not addressing the problem, they are just making knee-jerk laws that sound all good but actually do nothing. Powder hand guns are illegal in the UK apart from single shit .22LRs i believe. But the law does nothing to stop the criminals who will still get hold of guns and shoot each other and innocent by-standers quite frequently. The ban did nothing to stop the criminals but it did give the police some nice useless statistics to throw out and pretend they are doing a good job! Utter stupidity from the law makers. Stupidity and wanton ignorance
