I always went and found a marked patrol car to do the investigations in, but the real prize was the rarer Studebaker patrol coupes. This game was seriously lacking the ability to choose your own make and model of detective vehicle, especially with all the awesome rare vehicles hidden around. My Detective Phelps deserved a Tucker Torpedo with a radio and siren!
