I replaced the bolt and the case wasn’t bad enough to cause concern. It’s sealed off so it shouldn’t leak.

Also took that long to get oil through the motor and you put the poor thing together dry. Uhgg. Hopefully didn't hurt things that much but was no reason to put that together dry, could of just added a little oil to them bearing and stuff at the least but oh well now huh

I oiled everything up good before i put them back in the cases. I didn’t use assembly lube.. just motor oil so it doesn’t really show up on camera. I also didn’t start the motor until i got the cases full. I appreciate the advice! Next time I’ll be sure to clarify that. Thanks for the support!

That bearing coming off with the gears in the transmission is bad cause that needs to be locked on the case if not then the whole bearing is going to turn not just the middle. I would of checked that out more why that pulled off and if it's loose just added red locetite on it so the outer part can not turn in the case and round or the bearing hole.

I appreciate the comment! It looked like it was easy to take out and put back in with the editing but it was definitely a tight fit. I just cut out me struggling with it because the video was already so long.. Thanks for all the support!

Those stock bottom ends don’t like the big bore kits…. Most bore they can tolerate is the one that makes it from 400 to 416.
@QuadRescue20 күн бұрын
I appreciate the info! Ive heard the 440 kits cause all kinds of issues.. We plan on dropping the bore back to stock at some point.

ITS NOT A POOR DESIGN .YOU SEE LONG AGO WHEN LIGHT BULBS WHERE MADE THEY LASTED THOUGHSANDS OF HOURS A LIFE TIME IN SOME CASES .Edisons first light bulb still is working today..But General Electric and EAUROPEAN bulb manufacturers who where under contract with Edison and GE .Well they needed to keep manufacturing going . SO THEY BUILT INTO THE DESIGN A LIFE CYCLE. TODAY THAT IS WHY THEY ARE DESIGNED NOT TO BE FIXED EASILY OR PARTS HAVE A LIFE SPAN DECIDED POUR DESIGN .ALL SO MANUFACTURING CAN KEEP SELLING NEW GOODS . LOL FUNNY EVEN PRESIDENT PUTIN OF RUSSIA SAID MAYBE THE USA WILL START THIER MANUFACTURING OF QUALITY AGAIN . WITH A NEW INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION TO BOOST THIER CURRENCY SIDUATION.

I appreciate you taking the time to write that out! I totally agree with you.. it’s crazy to think now days one part fails on your engine and its cheaper to just replace the whole motor than to pay for parts and labor.
