Hey, Krissy, I am low porosity & low density hair heat trained natural I use hemp oil(as needed on scalp, before shampoo) Or Grape seed oil(detangle) they are light. It's very easy to way my hair down so I only use serum after my flat iron. If anyone is wondering My hair is healthy and long and this routine is about 3 years old❣️ Hope this helps someone

Happy n̈ew year krissy did you Check your vitamin B level are you sleeping enough babes? Stop the coffee if you drink it though, and if your are feeling like that check your level if its low just take 1000mg vitamins C and cruciferous supplements. preferably bio quality no synthetic. @@sonja0707 I know I have issues with my iron, imma get back consistent with my multivitamin. My time of the month just started too 😅. But I do plan to get an update on my blood work too. And know I’m not sleeping well 🤣, I gotta get better.

@KrissypooHairView then babe getting some high quality vitamin C and eat a lot greens dark bitter ones or, get yourself cruciferous vitamins. Sometimes multivitamin is not always the cure.your may over dose on what you don't need. Vitamin C helps the body absorb iron. Cruciferous is the natural plant way of getting iron babe. Be care ful with heme iron.non heme is the way to go babe I had 2 ops in a year hemorrhaging for months. Floradix iron is great.but the Vitamins C is mainly what you need hun x take care of you

@ you do I’m sure it got worse after a really bad traumatic event. Aunt Denise had to tell my daddy to stop calling me because too much was going on I was over stimulated I snapped I had to turn my phone off. Hints why I don’t think I want kids eventho I have support idk

@ kids are tuff but they do bring out a love like no other❤️, it keeps me balanced. I know that as Sevyn gets older it’ll get better. And yes trauma has affected my sensors of the years, but it’s not as bad as it used to be.

My second comment… stop with the finger detangling 🛑 use a wide tooth comb and then use a wire brush. Start from the bottom and work your way up. The natural community has made black women believe that combs and brushes are bad…. They are not!

If you don’t know how to comb your hair you have to do one of two things… cut it down low(a little fro) so you can easily maintain it or pay someone to regularly help you maintain your hair. That girl had not combed her hair since God knows when. That is crazy.
