Aye wassup I ben struggling how do I get paid from real estate agents when I do a video for there property🏠, do they pay me in💵cash Apple 🍎 pay, Cash App✅, Zell? Also do they pay me before I do there real estate video for them or after?

I would set up a stripe account or some other payment method where it can help you in the long run for taxes and keep your stats and payments organized. And usually after the job is completed you can send them a project link that includes all the finished photos plus a payment link to pay you after. I have never had a real estate agent try to scam me before, not that it can't happen, but odds are they will always pay up for the job

@@playforfun37yeah you can technically take payments from whatever you want, a lot of agents ask me “how do you want me to pay” that’s when u can just say whatever. I know on stripe they have an option where they can pay with cashapp also, idk bout the rest but yeah technically get paid however u want

Thank you so much! I believe it took a total of about 2 hours to film (without the games). In the "production" session, I brought in lights to get the creative look and interview. And the other shots were gathered from about 3 of her in-person softball games!

Although I'm not in the business of real estate photography just yet, I feel that there's just as much money to be made on mid range properties as compared to luxurious properties for photographers. Why do I feel that way? It depends on how photographers pitched their packages 📦 to their clients.

You're absolutely right! From my experiences, you would just need a higher volume of properties because you wouldn't be able to charge as much as the luxury properties. But that's how most photographers make the real estate media lifestyle sustainable! By targeting mid-range properties :)

Is sigma 24-70 f2.8 enough for real estate videos?

It may be a decent start but I would recommend 15mm-18mm to be safe! They really emphasize the vastness of the home. I still use the wide budget friendly rokinon lenses! The sigma would be a great start for the tighter shots!

Absolutely! That is definitely an ideal first set up and I know you'll get a lot of return on investment from that gear package! It's small, not too heavy and great for what the niche calls for!

Great question Lauren, currently looking at LinkedIn and Instagram DM's as a source to contact corporate entities! Again when getting started it's a numbers game so sending as much out as you can will help! Especially if you already have a good portfolio!
