Thank you sooo much!!! I felt my heart bursting open as I was doing this kriya and an overwhelming sense of joy and happiness! All the negative feelings and thoughts were just flooded with brilliant light and sparkles of love! I had something very traumatic happen to me and the incessant thought of betrayal and injustice and the image of the person kept piecing my beingness day and night. I did bahuta Karam and breathing and everything imaginable but nothing worked, two months no sleep, and now just doing this mantra for fifteen minutes everything got illuminated and transformed into love and light! I will keep up! Blessings and much love 💓
