Absolutely amazing machines. We had a custodian accidentally reverse one of your machines, the Carbon, down a flight of stairs! Thankfully no one was injured, and after some rigorous effort to get the machine off the stairs, the machine is perfectly fine and had no damage! We also have a Nano Edge and that is amazing too.

Do you have to have the pad or brushes down for water to spray? Or can you just rinse and suck up?

When you turn the walk behind speed up how long should it take before the machine starts to operate faster. No matter what I do if I put it on the rabbit the Machine walk behind speed does not change.

Tomcat sweepers and scrubbers are the best on the market. Back when I operated a Tomcat 2600 we did have a few problems, but nowhere near as much downtime I have had with Karcher!

I need to ask is their a height adjustment for the handles for those who are taller than 6ft? I ask because I have operators who are 6ft8 who dread using our current machine because they have to slouch over which will hurt their spine with constant use. Does TOMCAT offer this and if not would TOMCAT consider height adjustment for operators of different tallness

I've had to double scrub many times, and I like to drain and rinse the solution tank and filter after every use.

I like to run the vac motor for a minute or two to remove excess moisture. The previous company I worked for had to get a new vac motor on their Tomcat 2600 in 2010 because it rusted out from moisture. That Tomcat was made in mid December of 2003 and lasted until late may of 2017 when the scrub deck rusted out. It had the Central Command II electronic controls, and the CCII electronic controls still worked great! I don't know if Tomcat and Factory Cat electronic controls are built in house or by a third party, but they are made better than electronics found in household appliances.
