Sorry but greeneking seems to ENDORSE bullying and threatening behaviour from their staff ..... I recieved a phone call from manager of a greeneking establishment BARLEY FARM, ECCLES Manchester. The call was the current manager scrraming verbal abuse at me ...calling me a liar & dickhead, he proceeded to make threats to me regarding my job in NHS CRITICAL CARE and was belittling me and told me call was being recorded ( really hope it was) perhaps to try to intimidate me. Reported to guest relations no reply , so lots of e-mails sent and nothing . If you look at trip advisor reviews For barley farm youvwill see alot of " poor management rude manager & bad manager" reviews and their own web reviews seems he as been quite "RUDE& intimidating to other customers But hes still not been disaplined and ive still not had a response from greeneking about this phonecall. So seems they endorse and allow this behaviour towards their loyal paying customers. Is it normal for gross misconduct to be supported by the management of a company. Seems they are at barley farm. So DO GREENEKING ENDORSE, THIS BULLYING AND THREATENING BEHAVIOUR from their staf Yes or no ???????

My child has crps in her leg and we saw you on first dates. We knew straight away that you had had crps. you are an inspiration. If you can spread the word about crps please do as I feel that more people need to know about it and more research needs to be done. Good luck with all you do.

Thanks for your video post Ross, only just seen it today. you make a great point and one that has really resonated with me. I've just set up a consultancy and asking, directly for feedback on performance will be so important in the coming months to ensure I can fine tune my offer to match my customers requirements. Many thanks for getting the message out here. Yes it hit the mark for me, straightforward and clear, and not too long as to distract.

Ross firstly this video has really got me thinking! I chaired my first committee meeting this week and was proud that I took time to ask for feedback now i’m thinking it was very generic. Next time I will be clear on my intent and share that when I ask, so thanks. Engaging 100% - felt like you were talking directly to me, were passionate about your subject, authentic and genuine - I was listening to Ross not a script and just interesting tone, straight forward language and great connection through eyes, expressions and relaxed body language. Thank you 😊

Didn't see the feedback link you mentioned Ross so here goes: i. I love this. Blind cricket is a brilliant metaphor for feedback and I'm all in on the notion of sharing intent to make the feedback relevant and useful. ii. Yes I found the pod engaging: passionate and energetic delivery; 8.27 a temptingly small enough stake to want to 'play'; and enough in there to keep me to the end plus want to add some feedback. Now to share with a WhatsApp group. I shall start talking about and practising this tomorrow.

Awesome Mark. Thank you for your feedback. The For You team are trying to add a link, but your feedback was so valuable. Gives me clarity and confidence in how it has landed. Really hope the process has a way of kick starting feedback for you and your people. Reach out if there is anything I can do to help.
