I remember the first time I packed cord, my doctor said that I seemed scared to hurt the patient, even though they were numb and couldn’t feel anything. I think after the fourth or fifth time it felt like muscle memory; now hundreds of crown preps later it seems routine.

people need to be aware of this procedure and how EXTREMELY painful they are. If you are going to have something like this done by a practice. You are better off going to a practice with a DEKA or Lutronics laser vs this. For ES systems, they have to sedate the patient and the risks of drugs used is miserable vs being able to stay awake and have some local numbing done while they use a Co2 laser.

Depends on the severity, if it’s mild the soft will do but if you have serious grinding and clenching then a hard is the way to go

@@mb7z thankyou for replying ❤️ I have been on a soft one for six months now but to no avail. I have hypermobility in my TMJ however my tmj is fine. I just feel my jaw is asymmetrical and shifted to one side. My back hurts
