This is a long shot. Idk if you check your KZbin. After watching your video I replaced my Actuator and still my my rear latch won't unlock. It locks but it ain't retracting back to unlock. My replays are good also. Idk whats going. I can't figure it out smh.

This is subtropolis in Kansas city and has been there for decades. It's also public. ANYONE can drive in there like Jesse did. There is No threat of getting kicked out. I used to go in there to drive around and smoke lol

How did you get the hatch to open ? My hatch want unlock for me to change the actuator

I was lucky that when my actuator went out on me it was in the unlocked position. I wasn't able to lock mine.

Ok, thanks. When i put my ear to the door i hear the actuator locking, but when i hit the unlock, i hear nothing. Would you say that the actuator is my problem

@@MrJames1111111111 I would say yes. I didn't film it or put it in the video but my actuator would sound like it wanted to lock but wouldn't. So I opened it and the gears inside the part were worn and kept getting stuck keeping it from locking.

My father tauhgt me how to drive in one of these. In Puerto Rico you don't see them any more. People here didn't appreciate these cars and they end up in the junkyard, to be melted for metal. I always wonder if some day I could be able to buy one, it's my favorite. I always say to my wife those were real cars,. I fell that they were maid for gentlemen. Vehiculos hechos para caballeros.
