Dads take notes: A patient competent man is how you raise mentally healthy, successful boys. Women can’t do this…. Yes, I know Mommas are capable of anything but not of raising mentally adjusted men without a male role model (preferably Dad). Yes, I know not all Moms have the luxury of having Dad or Grandpa at their disposal (due to no fault of their own), but what I’m saying is, Moms need to find their sons a connection with a genuine man who is patient, grounded and skillful, for their child’s mental health before they reach the age of 16-17 otherwise it doesn’t turn out so well the majority of the time….. I’ve experienced it first hand with my own 3 boys, with my nephews, with my grandsons and with my friend’s sons, etc. Mommas can only do so much, we can’t fill the gaps in a boys head the way a man can….the right kind of man can, such as what we see going on here. There’s much more at play in this scene than you realize at face value!! Yes, it starts at this age (3) and even younger. DADS, all I can say is keep your boys with you at all times!! Be tolerant of them. Be present with them. Be there (with no words) for them, but most of all, show them how to honor, love and respect their Mothers and/or sisters.

The home is beautiful! However the yard is barren,no trees ,no shrubs,nothing in particular stood out,needs major landscaping.

This is a relatively new development and most of the homeowners are the original home builders so landscaping hasn't been customized yet. I agree though and I'm sure the community will start maturing well.

I don't remember the settings but this is a handheld walkthrough with a selfie stick attached. I've been at this for almost 11 years and I don't think there is a best way to do anything :)

these are great - what exposure compensation setting are you typically using for these contrasting lighting situations?

Bright homes are typically shot at +0/0. Dark homes are shot at -0.5 to prevent over exposure of shadows.

I like the speed ramps trough the the WB adjustments - makes it less noticeable. BTW - i think that little camera does a great job with auto WB. I use my Insta for 3D tours and floor plans....this makes me want to play with some interior video....

It is a great tool to have - as long as you know how to work with it. There are so many tools available for this kind of work and it just depends on how much flexibility a client will allow.
