Sadly - it is a part of the Great Southern Reef but remains exploited by fishers, jetty jumpers, jet skis, land developers and their cement 'gardens', ignorant SA gov urban speawlers. HELP US PLEASE.😢

The only clean and safe alternative that truly works, that is reliable and meets every one of our needs, is Thorium powered nuclear power. Thorium is not only safe in every respect, it's available cheaply all over the world. It would not only meet our need for clean, reliable cheap energy, it would put a stop to the wars being waged across the Middle East and on Russia, by America and it's allies, for oil. Filthy oil, is filthy in more respects than one, because desire for it has led to millions of deaths, not only of of our plant and marine life, but of human beings. Both China and Russia are breaking ground in this field, Russia is already building more, new, safe, nuclear plants in India. But we have a people brainwashed against even thinking nuclear, when they actually know nothing about it, and politicians terrified of the very word. Few know that, when American scientists started on the path of finding a nuclear source for cheap energy, back in the 1940's, they discovered safe, reliable Thorium, along with unsafe, rarer Uranium. So why were they ordered to drop Thorium for Uranium?? Because Thorium cannot be weaponised. America wanted a weapon with which to terrify the world - and set the world on the Uranium path, which leads to destruction. We need to go back to 1940, and order research into Thorium, which China and Russia are already doing. Until Australians grow up, start exploring, learning, asking, finding out from others, it will continue it's path to self destruction.

I just finished reading a book from Germany´s most famous animal/environmental activist who´s also an actor, Hannes Jaenicke, about the oceans, sharks and the way they´re (mis)treated were one of the themes in the book.
