This is a superb video. The statues are hauntingly beautiful. We have a few in Edinburgh in the Waters of Leith. Some joker has dressed one of them in a bright pink bikini.

i can walk to that beach from home. takes me 25 minutes. We are lucky to have this so near, you can just chill out and gather your thoughts. love crosby beach and i love these statues.

I'm all for statues,or art, etc , however I am a regular boat user on the Mersey, I I fear these spikes if I was to break down ! It's a major shipping lane, if a tanker breaks down and drifts towards these it ain't good!

Absolutely wonderful work Ron and in answer to the question below - why would someone give this a thumbs down? - well I think that would be down to jealousy!
