We need API connectivity into an ERP ticketing system and not a PSA. Would like to use chat. But you have rightly pointed out that the ROI really needs to be driven by the time savings and automations that come from the ticketing integration.

One of the things I wanted to find out is if the authentication could be used to segment between the data set that was used. For example, I would not want sales contacts to be able to interact with our private knowledgebase. If they are not an authenticated user who would already have access to the KB, then our KB content should not be accessed for interactions with an unauthenticated sales lead.

Great Webinar and very relevant use-cases - I can see lots of utility for this for MSPs. Question regarding the workflow logic you are planning to support. I see you kicking off the Datto RMM Quickjobs in these workflows and reporting on the initiation of these jobs, but what if the job fails? Can this outcome be tracked and integrated into the workflow/automation logic?

Yes, it will be tracked. We ping Datto every 15 seconds for confirmation of job completion (or failure). Those job completions are reported in our audit log which track the failure and relay the message to the Partner-level admin within CloudRadial under Partner > Account > Advisories (tab). We don't have branching to determine what should happen if the job fails, so currently, the Partner would need to fix the error and have the user try again.

Is there a way to Import specific user licenses(E5, F3, Business premium) from M365 through CR to Syncro?

We sync 365 users over to Syncro but we don't pull the licenses over. All we can point out is if the user came from Office 365.

@@kmortensen I suppose if you are a new MSP it’s worth a look but honestly when you look at the competition that has been battle tested and integrates with everything plus the fact that you would have to retrain your staff a new PSA and RMM is a tough sell.

Syncro rmm and psa has been fantastic for us, the backup though is not even in a beta stage in my opinion. I would not trust our clients data with it.

The thing I don't like about the planner, is it's not QBR or anything like vcio/strategy. It's a nice to have tool, but something like Strategy Overview needs to be implemented.

You can get a custom sending domain for broadcasts. You can't modify the template yet, but you will be able to in a future update.
