I add either a paddle tail swimbait, twin tail grub, or inverted curly tail grub to all my spinnerbaits and chatter baits. Works pretty well

I mostly fish for northern pike and walleye and i always use lots bigger hooks for this size of lure that the hook shank really is poking wide out. And i rarely get falsebites or loose the fish.

Or just stab the hook through the senko like a normal person it’s going to fall apart fast regardless especially if they’re is allot of salt in it

Interesting concept, but as some of the other comments have already pointed out, it would just be a matter of casts before the line and or hook shreds through your plastic bait. A traditional hook or jig would provide a metal backbone which is going to provide durability. Especially if you're going to be ripping around thick structure. Then it becomes an issue of diminishing returns, where assuming you do gain a better hook set, it might not be worth it in the long run if you're constantly re-tying.
