I had no idea that this is how Lincoln is set up but I applaud and support it completely. I own and use four of their welders as a small entrepreneur with my own welding business. You better believe, I DON’T get paid if I don’t work either! If I want to make more, I have to work more. The way it ought to be.

I worked for Lincoln from 1989 to 2005, then worked for one of their distributors. Lincoln is a rare world dominator &, to this day, one of the truly great manufacturers on the globe. Albeit, it's only for certain type personality types that thrive in a very competitive atmosphere.

This is hilarious to me. The interviewer talking about paid holidays and sick days and health insurance, like the workers don't, in reality, pay for that anywhere they work. The difference at Lincoln is they just give that money to their employees. Then there's fat ass, who thinks Lincoln can't keep a promise of lifetime employment when they haven't had a layoff since the 1930s. I wonder how long he thinks people live.
