Does the product leave a shine or sheen. I’m having a problem with my hair looking dry once products dry. I’ve tried so many things my curl looks nice but dull I HATE that. Any suggestions

Yes, my hair is shiny afterwards. Are you using a good moisturizing leave-in conditioner underneath your styler? I would only use gels as stylers because they will give good shine. Try this one and another favorite is Eco Styler Argan Oil Gel and Xtreme Wetline is good too. The clear one

Your curls are gorgeous! I have a couple of those combs, but I don’t know how to use them right. I usually have spaces or gaps in my hair. I’ll try it your way and see what happens.

Thank you. Yes, you might have some spacing. You can shake your head after styling and that can help. Sometimes I'll take the tail end of the comb to just close up any gaps

Because I use a strong hold gel I get 3 or 4 days out of it then I'll refresh to get another 2 or 3 days. My refresh technique is also up on my channel

I just responded to your other comment. I don't just use the same products over and over. Try the Ecostyler Argan Oil Gel. That works on all different hair types and textures. It had good hold as well

I don't just use the same products over and over again. I try out different products. These have a softer hold than the Lemongrass Mousse and gel. If you want a stronger hold use the Lemongrass Mousse and gel. For a softer hold use this one

Does your hair feel dry and hard after your wet hair drys? I experienced this with so many products even though the products state that they leave your hair soft.😢

Yes, my hair is hard after styling with these but that us because I like a very strong hold so my hair will last. You can use some oil to break the gel cast or use a blow dryer with a concentrator nozzle to break the cast. That will soften the hair. If you want a good gel that leaves your hair soft try Uncle Funkys Daughter Curly Magic

Hey from the Bronx, NY. No, I wash my hair once a week. If I'm going to the gym regularly I'll wash it a few times a week. I refresh once a week. Usually in day 3. That will get me through the rest of the week. I posted my refresh routine last week so you can check that out
