Your installation looks great! Do you perhaps know what harness/quad block (model number etc.) works for the 2022 Haval H6? I see the head unit does not appear to output high fidelity range :-(

Are you based in the UK? I HAVE BEEN STRUGGLING TO GET HOLD OF THE CORRECT FASCIA FRAMES THAT COME WITH THESE ANDROID HEAD UNITS AS THEY DO NOT SIT FLUSH WITH THE FAN UNIT ON THE LEFT SIDE!! I used this howto to install carplay in my mazda today, it works like a charm. However, i found that you don’t have to remove the horizontal strip on the dashboard, i still did it, but it wasn’t needed. I just took out the glovebox, bundled the cables behind it, and could reach both the radio and the carplay unit from there. Thank you for this detailed howto

Hello! i have question. What is the difference between Bass restornation a EQ? I have weird issues in my car. I fight long time with this, nothing helped. Issue: RCA output voltage loosing, and weak bass. All options hecked and nothing work... So, This is my last resort. Can me help The equalizer itself? or i must get a bass procesor restornation? I know that EQ help the voltage, but Will it help improve bass sound? (Bass is noo dep, is empty, not loud, sometimes bass can be amazing). Thanks!

You can tap on one front speaker to install sub or to use lc2i. But I would recommend to tap on both front speakers for best results.

Epicenter and lc2i both works on different principles. Epicenter made for music that doesn't have Bass (eg old music made in 70's). Where lc2i restore the bass in factory systems, when you install aftermarket speakers and subs using amps.

I’m wanting to run three separate amplifiers one for my front door speakers one for rear door speakers and one for my subs can I still use the LC2 to run three amps or what do you recommend 🤔

I would suggest run 2 amps only and lc2i has outputs for sub n speakers. Run 1 amp for speakers and 1 for sub. It will make your job easy and it will Reduce your cost as well.

It can be done on any factory system. If you have aftermarket system then you don't need this.

Updating Software or installing apple carplay does not change FM frequencies. You need a FM band expander. That unit is located under dash near steering wheel. Very easy to install.

My question is how do you expect to use equalizer functions on the subs if you passed up the EQ from sub out on the l2ci? Unless the main inputs allow for you to still control your low pass amp? Then it would make sense. Can someone explain??

It doesn't work. I tried it that way. Your bass is going through your head unit now and can't be controlled by the EQ. The bass will still keep playing while the EQ volume is down. So your right. You won't be able to control the bass through the eq.

Lc2i has 2 outputs, one for speakers and one for subs. You can install Sub without using EQ. Speakers need EQ because lc2i doesn't provide outputs for individual speaker. ( correct me if I'm wrong).

Is better use the pre amp for the base, and the full Range from the Lc… thats for a better signal , and the bass is better from the pre amp

He’s connecting subs I assume with a stock unit. The lc2i provides the clearest possible output signal from a stock unit.

Power has nothing to do with it, that is only to turn stereo ON.If no sound then vehicle may be amplified. Or you are doing something wrong in wiring.
