Nice property. Perhaps a map how farr from bigger citys and the airports. The land felt bigger then 2400 m2. When you show the other peach and storage in the end. Dos both houses have license as habitation. And how big is the urban part and the Rustic part

This is such a nice and welcoming home, thank you for the tour! I love the traditional furniture and especially love the vintage light fixtures - they add beautiful character to the house. The land is perfect too, with plenty of garden spaces and an ideal area for a pair of rescue donkeys and a small flock of heritage chickens... in my imagination I am already living there

Thank you Melanie, a good presentation as always. This is a great blank canvas house and a nice amount of land. One question, does the registered tavern in the house cause an issue if you want to convert fully to a residential house? Or perhaps you could re-open the tavern!

Nice presentation, Melanie. The house is a little small, but you mentioned possibly putting bedrooms in the adega annexe. What would be required to achieve that legally? Is the annexe part of the urban article?

❤ I could make this work! Nice. I'd put a Murphy bed in the first bedroom and make the other more kitchen. I don't mind the bathroom being separate. The concrete floors are perfect too. I'm sure this property will be sold toot sweet. lol

A perfect property for a hardworking farm family, I'm guessing it was a dairy sheep operation that made artisinal cheese?
