Love the Replacements and this song. It's helpful to see that F suspended cord to that c/e played on guitar instead of looking at a chart. So thanks. Suspended cords seemed to be everywhere in the 80's and beyond. I started out playing old 60's rock and then went to Jazz so every time I tried to learn a song like this one, the suspended cords always made me stop and work on it, so I just started to play the triad instead out of laziness. The triad will work harmonically even if another guitar is playing the suspended, so I faked it. But I love the sound of suspended cords, so now this song has me actually stopping to finger them right! You also do a pretty good vocal on this and have that Westerberg grit and melody.
