Yo, thanks for this! After the colossal disappointment that was XCOM 2, my faith in the tactics genre had pretty much died. Played Gears Tactics recently and that relit that fire. Loved that game. This list comes right at the nick of time. Definitely gonna check out a couple of the games on the list. Thanks!

Each list is undoubtedly influenced by personal taste and experience. I've sorted this list from last to best, FIFA 12 is my favorite and the game-changer in its time. I loved PES 2009 in its time, it had very smooth gameplay despite the persistent issue of lacking licenses in the PES series.

It's a good list, but fifa 19 was horrendous spaming "la croqueta" and the gameplay was too scripted... FIFA 18 was better, Fifa 11 was better, PES 17/18 are one of the best and should be on any football game list.

Fifa 19 was the last Fifa that I could have enjoyed, however i totally agree with your criticism, Fifa 11 was mediocre in my opinion, it was laying ground for Fifa 12 which was a game changer.

i wasn't interested in strategy games in the old console era like NES and MD so I just skipped Dune, interestingly from the late 90s strategy games became my favorite. so I should try it again. tnx for reminding👍
