I love watching this and I have watched it many times. It makes me a little sad to think that I missed the boat and ended up in this chaotic life in which I am forced to contend with so many distractions and difficulties. I long for a peaceful contemplative like without constant interruption. But I am grateful to these men and their constant prayer. As well as this video. It is a blessing.

Is this the same god people use to oppress everybody else? To tell trans people they are not people, gay people that their families are not families, women that they have no control over their own bodies? You claim peace in religion and then bat everybody else over the head with it. Your peace is nice while so many suffer. You get peace, everybody else gets your war.

Having come to New Melleray twice for retreats I have met Br. Paul and found him to be a sincere and genuine man, an excellent example of a man of God and a seeker of peace.

I have always wanted to be a Monki have always felt called by God to do this but I am that no order will except me.
