Loom I love you, you're integral to my company BUT there's not enough How-to and training videos. You release the amazing A.i module that can make SOP docs but there's no deep dives into how it works and what you need to do. I'm constantly updating my training docs for my team... but have to create even the simplest of videos about how to use Loom from scratch!! I should be able to send my team to a Loom YT Playlist and that does at least the basic training for me. Please please please upgrade your YT videos - this should be more than a marketing channel, but also a learning & training channel

I'm pulling my hair out here. How do we delete a clip from the middle? She started to say how, and then she just showed how to delete the last half of the video instead. This is maddening. I can't imagine that I'm the only one that can't comprehend how this trimming works...for the last 2 years, I've been avoiding it so hard that I will just start recording 30 minute videos over from the beginning just to avoid this. Looks like I'm going to have to do it again.

How do you get to your share page to find that option. I click share and it just opens a sharing dialog. In another video it said click edit in the left menu. Edit's not there. I'll figure out how to trim once I get there, just get me there please.

I think this company works dishonestly. When I was on an unrelated website, there was a banner across a video saying that the presenter would want to hear that I've signed on with Loom. I was new to this site, which belongs to a company for which I'd be working soon, so I signed up. I was under the impression that this was a free account through my new company. Big mistake! It was a lie. The "free" account was for a 2-week trial period, then I had to pay. I could not use the "Contact" function because it refused to accept "Gmail" and "Verizon" email addresses on its contact form, freezing out most individual users and turning its contact function into a scam. So, I found no way to contact them, as even their friendly "contact" video wasn't much help. I just want to cancel my subscription, like now. I don't want a free trial. I want nothing to do with these people.

Can I use Loom when I’ve been Face Time called, and a young teacher in Pakistan, teaching students, Bible verses, songs, while the teacher records her starting the class and her brother takes over as he stands back and records. They can also see me and that’s what I hop😂 to capture. TY if anyone can answer that.
