Ja, was die Ingenieure sich wohl bei dieser Sauerei gedacht haben. Pfusch schon ab Werk. Keine Verzinkung, keine Versiegelung mit Hohlraumwachs. Und sowas ist Made in Germany. Schämt euch.

Tolle Maschine. Ich habe die auch. Hast du Ahnung bzgl. schmieren und pflegen der Maschine? Ich komme beruflich aus einem ganz anderen Bereich und kenne mich diesbzgl. leider gar nicht aus.

Guten Abend, ja das stimmt die Maschine ist wirklich klasse. Allzu viel mache ich wartungstechnisch allerdings gar nicht, sie kommt bei mir auch nur noch sehr selten zum Einsatz, da ich in meiner Hauptwerkstatt noch eine andere Bohrmaschine stehen habe. Auf die Säule mache ich hin und wieder etwas Gleitöl, in das Getriebe für die Tischverstellung etwas Fett (da sind oben zwei Druckknöpfe) und vorne an der Pinole ist auch noch ein Druckknopf, da drücke ich auch etwas Fett rein. Habe aber leider auch kein originale Betriebsanleitung mehr, wo beschrieben wäre, was man genau nehmen sollte.

Hey, würde sagen wird eher schwierig da auf die Schnelle was bei zu bekommen, hin und wieder sind Ersatzteile von der Maschine auf Ebay eingestellt, da muss man dann aber Glück haben und zum richtigen Zeitpunkt suchen...

Nice. I have a bst 13. I struggle to remove the Chuck. Is it screwed on or Jacobs taper? Thanks!

Thanks. It's a jacobs taper. Over the chuck is a nut with a wrench flat. You have to turn it down, so that it touched the chuck. Now you have to hold the chuck in position and turn the nut just a little bit more down and the connection is opened.

@@feracingdf29 it's a right-hand thread, so you have to turn to the left to open the nut, if you stand in front of the drill.

It worked! I got the chuck off. Thank you so much. Now, it appears I have a little runout on the spindle. Not sure what to do with that. Whether it is bearing slack or bent spindle…

Sorry but your method of removing rust is not very good if you use a rest remover liquid or by vinger or the electric way it will be more better

Servus, Du hast Dir auch die "Heidenau 4.00 - 8 AS Reifen" gekauft :) .. Die habe ich mir auch drauf gemacht. Was mir persönlich (positiv & negativ) aufgefallen ist, daß das 'Profil' der Reifen sehr gut 👍 & v.d. 'Gummi-Mischung' her TOP ist 👍 aber der Reifen keine 4.00 - 8 hat, sondern 3.50 - 8 👎eigentlich die Bezeichnung haben müsste ➡ Dieser ist sehr schlank gehalten gegenüber den (originalen) alten Reifen... ...lg. MARIO.

Hallo Reiner09, bei mir haben die Räder vorne einen Durchmesser von 200 mm. Auf der Felge steht 180 / 200 /225 x 50 .
