Awesome grill, but cooking on aluminum poisons your food. The "food safe" anodizing will get scratched out, thus useless. A grill with aluminum grates is like a car with beach seats.

This grill is very bad and service form the company is even worse. Took over an hour to heat up, the left side stopped working after a day, and the company still hasn't sent me a return label after 8 days. This giant box is sitting in my garage and now I had to dispute the charges to my CC company.

The whole point of a grill over a stove top/oven is because it gives you that grilled flavour. Electric grills do not give that flavour.

Great overall review of it. Something that’s on many of our minds is how does it compare to a propane grill regarding taste, durability etc? I like cooking chicken breasts on my ninja foodie with the thermometer 🌡️ similar to this grill. It’s literally how I cook all chicken to perfection.

If you make a 240v version (maybe 30 amp, NEMA 14-30) that's a tad larger, I would definitely buy.

My thoughts too, it's not going to pump out enough heat intensity to make it versatile enough. 240v on a portable induction stove big enough for a single pot is good, but not sure this would cut it.

@@CHITECHDUDE LOL, hater...NO. Now get yourself a cheap charcoal grill and the same thing, you'll have WAY more flavor. Grill marks are not created equally.

@@buster_brownie3921 I have a green egg charcoal grill as well. I think electric deserves a try, you would be surprised. The griddle is fantastic, and the way I see you won’t taste propane on a griddle anyways, it’s just a heat source so I think electric works great for it. It’s super convenient

Grill marks and charcoal are not the same. Charcoal is hot enough to do more than just the grill marks, youd be better off with a pan. You basically just made the steak worse 😂
