I'm crying right now not just because I'm sad, but because I'm sad that you rewatched that post from 2020 to get to _this_ post and I know it hurt for you to do that. I have my cat and my two dogs, all about 8yo. And I know the two dogs will likely pass close to each other in time. I try to run from the thought. You must have tried to run from this video. From the sheer sadness yes, but maybe also shame you feel. (I write that knowing I too have things in the past I am ashamed of. There is zero judgement in my heart, Julie.)
