Real GPS Tracking devices don't make noises. Unless someone is using an Apple Airtag on you. They chirp to help their user find them. However if you have an iPhone it will alert you if there is an Airtag travelling with you.

A GPS tracker signal does not show up on your WiFi list. But yes if you had a portable RF Spectrum Analyzer you could narrow in on it. Problem is most people cannot afford them being around $2500. And it takes alot of training to learn how to use it effectively. To find a tracker it takes a good physical inspection and if you have a RF/GPS Finder to assist. Great! The easiest way is to have an iPhone; because if an Air Tag is travelling with you it will alert you. But only if you have an iPhone. It does not alert Android phones. It will trigger the Apple’s anti-stalking feature, which pops an alert on their phone saying that an unknown AirTag is moving with them. This kicks in 72 hours after the AirTag was last in range of its owner. The AirTag can also beep to make itself known after a period of time away from its owner. GPS Trackers do not transmit until they are moving over 11 MPH. You cannot detect it while sitting still. Using a detector, you will see in my newer videos; you have to be within 6 inches of a transmitting tracker. If you're within 6 inches you can see it.

No. The last place it was moving is where it is on the map still, until motion resumes. The tracking software remembers this in the history.
