the sound of the speaker seems to has too much echo and hence cannot be heard proper. at least from my end. Kindly take note for the next edition of this event. i really enjoy watching this summit even as a non-UCSB student.

He's such an admirable man. We, as a society, owe a lot to his discovery, along with Dr. Akasaki and Dr. Amano.

it's very difficult to prep for a course while you take it. These introductory videos make it much easier to get a head start.

25:38 Huayang Gao is a rapist and he raped me. It’s sad to see that UCSB knew about this and still gave him his degree
Thank you so much for the tour! Other schools are not nearly as transparent about the labs they have and this helps make a college choice so much easier!

There is nothing so practical as a good theory..but there is no mention of one of the greatest theoreticians of all time Josiah Gibbs.. without whom.. both John Prausnitz and Mike Doherty would be as great as they are today

There's a photo of the late Professor Tony Evans on the bookcase behind Matt. He one of the key players in the formation of our Materials Department and contributed greatly to putting UCSB's CoE on the map.

idk what my favorite class was, but I know my least favorite was Dynamics. You would think F = ma is pretty easy right? Nope, not any more. Just hours and hours of tedious algebra.
