~ A positive word is always appreciated and impactful. ~ I've asked my wife to relax and smile, as we practices (KMMA) at home. Much to her surprise, she now is able to hit with increased power and less effort. She also smiles while participating in her weight lifting classes. (-Deadlift - Bench press - Squats.-) I've encouraged her to do, all the things she once said she couldn't. She is, amazing. NOTE: "With God all things are possible."

Great principle. I always look at my young son, hes now 2, but a year ago he was struggling to walk, he sucked at that, now I struggle to keep up with him, he has it mastered. But thats just an example on a basic human level. We all start not knowing, then we know a little and suck, then we know and have competence, then we have the ability without thinking. Everything is a process

They have Educated Boxing hands and are advancing very well. I love what I see. God bless them and you too Grandmaster. As I've mentioned previously I will be returning back too training. I'm much more stable and can focus more on my future. And the biggest part of my future is to become your Black Belt and work up under your Leadership. It's a lot of work ahead of me but I'm Determined to accomplish this task. Adapt and overcome. Failure is NOT an Option. Krav Maga is the very Most LETHAL Self Defense Arsenal on the Planet. As I listen to you both speak, I want you to realize how much impact both of you have made in my Krav Maga journey. Even today, in my own school now up here in Tennessee, I constantly hear both of your words come out of my mouth. I have now trained under the different schools before opening my own school- the longest of which was yours. I teach many of the same things I learned there, including kickboxing sets, combos, etc, plus many I created as well. Hooah! Kida!
