Arirals are the manifestation of kel's fascination of aliens, tall women, hentai, masochism, and possibly furries. Manifested by kel's mind to cope with the isolation and pent up energy. Most events mimic grandiose delusions often associated with those of mentally ill extraterrestrial fanatics/ conspiracy theorists. Kel's employers never acknowledge seemingly world wide events except for one, where the sky turns off. Simply a regular power outage from their end, while kel hallucinates the sun itself lost power. Common phobia of mannequins and uncanny Valley triggers his hallucinations and makes him believe that mannequins are following him, like seemingly every alien race are. Him being the single human they seem to show themselves to. (grandiose delusions) Sleep demon. Sleep deprivation hallucinations. Self explanatory.
