Looks alright, nothing special. The chips look a bit on the browner side, not a consistent batch. I don't think I'd bother though when far superior is available

@@Upsidedownheadtravels I remember the show. It was called The Best of British Takeaways . They did Chinese and Indian takeaways too. There wasn't even many takeaways taking part and it was a cooking challenge so wasnt really the same as serving in a chippy

Popped in yesterday as we were up for luminations excellent recommendation great fish chips and peas no taste of oil, not soggy. Staff really friendly. Definitely will be going again.

All the ones I tried were warm. As you walk in there is a pie warmer type thing set up. You can also buy cold.

I want to try a burger from chris but the hygeine in some youtube videos have put me right off. Why did he say he doesn't pre cook the burgers when he know he does. Are the slush also a pound because in his mates arcade they said they sell the cheapest slushies in blackpool but they wanted £3.20 for a pint cup.

I have not had a Slushy from Chris’s or even looked at the price. Might be branded Slushies in the other place. I might have to get one to see. I can only go off my visits and he sanitised his hands between each customer and the burgers aren’t stacked up cooked like in many other places.

Every time we visited blackpool we went to tower fisheries but the last visit the fish was poor so I didn't go again. Im now in Blackpool and thought I would try the place again and the fish has gotten worse so is it cod they are using because it doesn't taste like the cod we have in wales

Seemed to have slipped into the same as the majority since they have had loads of exposure. Tying to cash in. Going to go back during switch on to see if they double their prices again, and after what you have said, see if they are pre-cooking and stacking
