Looks great, but I know a lot of people put a touch of salt and pepper in their flour and sift that all together, just for a little added flavor.

This video is helpful!! Thank you for making it. I'm part of a student-run restaurant that makes meals for faculty and i've been making guacamole for a week now. I've been struggling so much with mashing up cold avocado so the method you used of slicing it up before taking it out of the skin is so insightful! I will try that and tell you if it works 😁
@zaiyu70702 жыл бұрын
a bit late but did it work
@dekrus2 жыл бұрын
@@zaiyu7070 yeah it works great! if you do the slicing method before taking it out of the skin with ripe avocado (cold or not) it mashes up well! it's a great trick for when you're mashing the avocado by hand and not with a blender or food processor

why oil and season before roasting?....you're taking the seasoning layer off when you remove the skins....
@RobertA-jw4pe2 жыл бұрын
This method is incorrect also why cut them you roast them whole bag them for 15 min and peel then season

Never cook with olive oil not stable at high temp. Avocado oil, hemp seed oil sesame oil and grape seed oil only ones to heat up. Coconut oil, olive are all natural created alkaline oils not hyrbid fake oils have cold unheated. So stable and helps body. Never use foil it spread particles of aluminium in food and plastic wrap is made of boa both no good for body at all.

This is just superb, I have been researching "burn thigh fat male" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Wanily Conliana Remedy - (search on google ) ? Ive heard some decent things about it and my partner got excellent results with it.
