You rock!!!!

Thanks so much for your encouraging words! Cravings can be a struggle for sure. Maybe try to offset that craving with some sugarfree popsicles or pudding. I know it’s not the same, but it can be a good starting point. I’d love to subscribe to your channel! I wish you well on your journey ☺️

Omg almost almost 2 months post and have not lose this much 😢 trying not to Compare but how ?
@TricesTastyEats8 күн бұрын
The title is a bit misleading. I had lost 85 pounds total, which included weight that I lost prior to surgery. At the 2 month mark, I lost 42 pounds post-op. Hopefully, that sounds a little more realistic. How’s your journey going?
@Lovlv19088 күн бұрын
Im 2 days away from 2 months and only lost 27 pounds. I am currently recovering from pneumonia . Man to see ur 40ish lbs 2 Months out makes me feel like im doing something wrong . Any advice u can provide would be helpful. The first month was so hard for me i suffered from extreme fatigue. I turn the corner and started exercising on 5-6 weeks and due to worth changes i south i was exercising daily but developed pneumonia.
@TricesTastyEats4 күн бұрын
I’m sorry to hear about the pneumonia. How are you feeling now? Everyone’s journey looks different. Congrats on your weight loss! Focusing on the positive can be helpful. It sounds like you’ve been working hard, despite the fatigue and pneumonia. The fact that you still lost weight during such a difficult time speaks volumes. The main thing I’ve learned during this process is that it’s all mental. Changing the way you think about food, about yourself, and the way in which your body changes are all crucial during this time. It’s not always about the number on the scale. Pay attention to how your body feels. Celebrate the non-scale victories. Focus on what you can control today. You can do this!!!

Getting my sleeve in a little over a month, getting meal ideas. Love your videos! I cant find any chicken burgers where I live. I seen you were cooking some and I looked them up and nope lol. Be careful with that spray in your awesome pan, it will ruin it! I would use avocado oil or real butter on the pan. You can also cook it with some water and then spray it on after. I learned the hard way. Love your ideas! Im having my VSG in a little over a month.

Congratulations on your weight loss. I have places on me that get sore because of being so big (have not had my surgery yet.) I use powder gel for chaffing made by monistat. It's in a tube at Walmart. And Amazon. It's a preventative. If you are already chaffed in places I use a powder that is prescription. It is called Zeasorb. It absorbs any moistness and clears the sore places up. It works well. I hope this helps you

How much can you drink of the protein shake? I am 7 weeks post op and can only drink 4 oz.
@TricesTastyEats8 күн бұрын
I can drink the whole thing (11 oz) in about 20 minutes. It was a struggle in the beginning since I was only able to take small sips. I felt like it took most of the day to get through a shake. I can drink A LOT faster at the 6 month mark.
