@@mitralogy9369 did you skip my video? It's 14 mins from Viviana to Lodha Amara. I was in the viviana parking for 6 minutes and to reach parking from my building which at the end of lane it's hardly 3 minutes , I was driving at a 20 speed not fast. Walking it's 6 minutes

U did not get the possession dates by lodha?

@WelcometoKyaBaatHai Lodha said they will give possession by this December. But as per rera they have taken extension till next december

Yesterday I went to the office for a possession inquiry and to see our wing status. They said you will get it on or before Dec'24. All work is done only internal work is going on

I don't have any information about new parking. But the parking building is approx 13 storey building. I will see if I get time will try to make a video

Till date water shuts every month 1 to 2 days for 4-6 hours If you don't have your own vehicle, then be ready to pay INR 40 from Amara to station ( share auto fare) , if you travel by bus then INR 15 till station Auto frequency is good. Construction issue , few complained about leakage earlier , but seems lodha resolved it. Maintenance you have to pay in advance building common area for 5 yrs at the time of possession. Read all documents carefully while dealing with lodha. There is no problem as such but always better to involve banks in between so that you don't have to take any stress of documentation check.... Finally I am staying from past 3 yrs and till date no issues . Every builder will have some issues so nothing new with lodha Parking we have a seperate building so everyday you can do a good walk till parking and be healthy

No not at all, it's hardly 15 to 20 mins in auto or bus in the morning. Share Auto-fare you should consider because it's rs.40 once side fare. Bus it's Rs. 15. But traffic is something a issue at thane station
