Vajrapani is shakra deva..... Buddhism also mentioned this vajrapani..

One thing to be mindful of when discussing Vajrapani in Nyingma tradition is that there is another deity of similar appearance, a form of wrathful Padmasambhava called Guru Dorje Tragpo Tsal. There are two main lineages - Jangter and Chogling Tersar. In Jangter he is blue in union with blue Varahi, in Chogling Tersar, Varahi is red. In both lineages Dorje Tragtsal is holding vajra and bell and Vajravarahi is holding kartika and kapala. So for example in Himalayanart page dedicated to Vajrapani in Nyingma tradition I can see one tsagli that is of Dorje Tragpo Tsal and two other thangkas that are most likely him. One typical atribute of Dorje Tragpo Tsal is that he is clad in cloak.

We disagree however about several important things, such as the degree of passivity, the samsara, significance of detachment and nature of reality. I think that takes non-violence too far. REALITY: In Eastern religion the spiritual is real. The material is illusion and must be denied and escaped. (But human pain is real.) SAMSARA: The process reincarnation, with struggle to be born at a better level in the next life. She had been told that she was a Bodhisattva - a high incarnation who refuses to pass to nirvana until all the bad karma of every sentient being was paid for through her dharma practices. Unity and recycling sound good on the surface, but when deep into the faith it becomes extremely burdensome. In fact, the friend told me, "I hate the samsara. I wish it wasn't so. AQUARIUM VISIT: After saying that we went to a famous aquarium. I observed to the friend, "I'm so glad Jesus saves. I not only don't have to pay for my bad karma, I don't have to pay for these fish either!"

Mahayana/ Vajrayana is not Buddhism. it is just simply worshipping Hindu gods that have been disguised as bodhisattvas, sages, and devas, etc. this had been a concerted (and wildly successful) effort by brahmins since the 2nd and 3rd Buddhist councils onwards. Hindus were so desperate to eradicate or hijack original buddhism, that they erased/ shadow-banned the use of Pali in India, and even eventually added new lore claiming that Buddha is just another avatar of Vishnu. (no, im not kidding, lmao. according to them, Buddha is one of the Hindu gods now LOL.) the proof is in the pudding. the majority of the activities in maha/ vajra, is in WORSHIPPING and PROSTRATING and PRAYERS. where on god's earth did Buddha teach this? didnt Buddha insist followers on cultivating the mind and heart through meditation, sati, and sila instead? change my mind.

I mean, most major scholars on the subject agree that Vajravarahi and Vajrayogini are equivalent analogues of each other. There isn't as much need to discriminate here because BOTH Vajravarahi and "dancing" Vajrayogini are dancing. The action she is performing is what counts most. There are always going to be minor changes from artist to artist and teacher to teacher. The only constant is change.
